The main objective of Residencial Monasterio de Oia, s.a. is the restoration, reformation and emphasis on the monacal complex and its surroundings

The Monastery of Oia is located in a privileged natural and historical surrounding, nevertheless, the tourism is concentrated to certain seasons of the year, forwich a complete tourist project is required, that includes many activities to make a tourist destiny all the year in Oia.

The project consists in reconverting this architectonic jewel in a 4 Stars Monument-Hotel . Including, 72 rooms, a convention and congress center, spa with marine water and a residential.

R. Monasterio de Oia, S.A. has undertaken several urgently necessary measures for the conservation of the Monument. Nevertheless for reasons beyond our control it has not been possible to start the development of the project until obtaining all the pertinent permissions of the public administrations.
